Shopping Process

Shopping Process:

(1) Step 1: Add shoes to Cart and Pay them

(2) If payment successful

      If the payment fails, you can contact us to use another payment method

(3) Step 2: Confirm QC

We usually will send QC (pictures of shoes we will ship) by email or whatsapp within 2 working days

Hint：A few shoes need to wait more than 2 working days

Please confirm QC and reply us

(4) Step 3: Shipment

After you confirm QC, we will ship shoes (usually takes 7-15 working days to arrive)We will also send you the tracking number

After placing the order and paying, please make sure that we can contact you to confirm the information and QC, otherwise the shoes will not be able to be mailed out
